How do I become conductor?

1. Get a career being a boss. When you are a manager, you can manage anything and anything. It’s the most flexible and in constantly in demand job really. Managers tend to make more money that anyone else, too.

2. Anyone that tells you to get a job doing whatever it is that you love to do is a fucking asshole. Don’t shit where you eat. Trying to make a career out of something you love, will only end up ruining that thing for you. Keep these two things separate. Don’t shit where you eat.

you can start small, maybe if you do a plumbing course in a cheap school you'd be off to a good start because the pay is good and you wont have to worry about hours put into making some bucks. painting, law-mowing etc. just don't be a dumbass and get in debt on a university that you'll only be able to pay when ur 30 yo

Go to trade school, get a job in the real world. Build stuff that will still be standing 40 years from now. If you become a trade worker then NEVER agree to a job with a promise that you'll be moved or promoted after a while.

The people who work in those jobs are sunburnt fat divorced guys who won't hesitate to scam you out of work hours and fire you suddenly.
Always keep track of what your hours are and keep in contact with your Worker's Association and NEVER BRING UP a discrepancy with your pay to your boss, because they won't hesitate to fire you if they're scared you're going to report them.

Make sure you keep track of all your tools and don't work for a company that's willing to put you on a jobsite you aren't ready for. If your boss or Journeyman treats you like shit, don't hesitate to leave.

There's a reason why Unions exist, despite how much most companies downplay them as if they do nothing but politics.

I definitely recommend trades like plumbers and carpenters over electricians, because you'll have way more people on site to help you and there's generally more work.

not OP but is it really hard? some of these warehouse jobs say you have to be able to lift a minimum of 70 pounds by yourself which seems rough for a lanklet like myself, also im pretty fucking autistic so i dont see myself doing any other type of job

as soon as you're qualified enough, move to somewhere like Australia or New Zealand.

The only way you get fired is if you cause shitloads of damage, lie about or fail to report making mistakes so that they can be corrected early rather than later at greater expense (leading to the first point), or pitch a fit like a 2yo and bitch out of pulling your weight on the job.
