Most dolls are made in China. Might be tough to get a doll right now due to all the covid lockdowns going on over there. Japanese dolls are very rare and usually don't ship over seas.
Have you tried the doll forum and looked at the doll market for used dolls? That's always an option for cheap dolls you can get with little shipping.
