Going back through thread.
love you
Not bad but it feels like it should be coated in reverb and chorus, give it a hazy feel. I think the guitars a little out of time in places, not sure if intended.
Not sure I get it, maybe just not my thing. Didn't find it a pleasant listen.
Felt like I was on a pleasant trip after the last track, your vocals have a "wrong" kind of vibe but they're working well with the song, sweet job.
If I'm honest, gotta put those vocals front and center man. They sound super lost.

New EP coming soon!
This is really unique, cool vocal effects! The outro beat sounds particularly good, evil drums.
Cozy stuff :)
Thanks, I'll center them once I add the other vocal tracks.
Im making an album is based on / following the original Spiderman video game for PS1. Here is my second promotional single. Any feedback is greatly appreciated, thanks.

trap is usually a little over and underwhelming for me at the same time, BUT, I really like the high synth line going on throughout it, it's really melancholy and slightly uplifting, and it goes together with the piano that comes in after the break in the bassline super well.
This is really beautiful and nicely produced, very pretty and comforting and it's always nice to see genres that you don't usually get in these threads. I listened to it first yesterday but I'd still very much recommend it if you like any hint of country or slower indie, although this is more than just country.
Are these your vocals? They're super interesting and sound very professionally produced. The instrumental is a little, off putting for me, I guess it's just not my thing because it sounds like you did exactly what you wanted. The vocals though are full of energy and I honestly haven't heard vocals produced like this. I kinda wish it had more room to breathe over the instrumental, I'd be interested to hear you make something more sparse instrumentally with similar vocals.
I wish you'd given some reccs or engaged with the thread more, buuuuuuuuut -
The production here is fantastic, it's all over the place in terms of palette and influence. It seems like it's one push away from going completely insane and overflowing. Some surprisingly poppy melodies going on in the background and in the vocal. Although it's so scattered it comes together really well. I love the high frequencies and noise and it's all mixed together so well!
as advertised, this is very chill. a similar atmosphere or feeling to chance the rapper to me. Doesn't sound like a knockoff at all though. The beat is so smooth and cheery, this is really cohesive aesthetically / in terms of vibe

This is insanely beautiful and very well produced. Congrats bro
...
Thank you!! I've been putting a lot of effort into keeping the production clean and cohesive recently.
May I ask how you recorded this? need some advice
I've been using a Focusrite Scarlett Solo with a direct line in from my acoustic. I have a blue snowball that I use for the vocals. The rest is all done in ableton with plugins. Usually and especially in this one it's a good amount of echo and reverb.
At the end of the day what I'd recommend the most is to just explore what tools you have available to you and to use them however you want. And then you tweak for taste. That's the most simplified version of my process I could give, I think. If you have any more questions I'd be more than happy to keep talking either here, or you could message me on soundcloud anytime :)
What did you use to get your music on Spotify?

Big recc. Listen on spotify and be tantalized by legitimately interesting modern psych.

I like the synths going on in the back. It's a nice contrast to the punch in the beat and vocals
I used CDBaby. However for some people Distrokid is good enough. CD baby gives you a bit more. They have extra partners like shazam, and helped with other things like printing and distributing physical CD's.

Thanks! You said you had another video or something coming right?
