ITT I’ll be dumping some Gantz.
What is Gantz?
Gantz is a manga about two Japanese high school students who help a bum that falls onto the train tracks one day. They manage to save him but are killed in the process. They awaken at the moment of their deaths in an apartment with a giant black ball in the middle, and others who seemingly died. The ball opens up, revealing a man hooked up to life support, weapons, and ability-enhancing, custom fitting suits. Text on the ball appears and tells them that their old lives are over and it will decide how to use their new lives. Their task is to hunt down aliens to earn points in order to earn their freedom. They call the ball ‘Gantz’.
