Ok. In comparison to Revolver and Village Green Preservation Society, Sloop John B is the only fun song Imo. None of the rest of those songs on Pet Sounds even come close to sounding better musically or are even more entertaining at a base level.

I don't really care for it, but in no way is Pet Sounds overhyped. Literally the perfect combination of orchestral arrangements and psychedelic pop. Songwriting, vocals... mostly a perfect record deserving of it's status
