Where to start with Dinosaur Jr.?
I’ve only listened to The Wagon because of the trippy music video.

You're living all over me is fucking amazing
Also every release they've done since 2007 is actually very good. Start with beyond
Thumb is a great song from that album
Best Dinosaur Jr song : On the brink
That's not "The Lung" or "Pieces"
You're living all over me is their best album
Youre living all over me then bug
You're Living all Over Me
Bug
i wouldnt listen to anything after that until their 2007 release Beyond
their best
lol Green Mind and Where You Been are much better than the lame reunion albums
Listen chronologically like you would any other band.
eh i never got into either. Seemed like budget versions of Bug and YLAOM without the cool guitar parts or good hooks. Bit too much generic grunge influence maybe
Other than Beyond i agree, but Beyond is killer and maybe the greatest comeback album for any rock band i've heard.
YLAOM, Bug and Green Mind
this. but i like pretty much all of this band's music

not enough love for their debut ITT. it's pretty uneven compared to you're living all over me or bug but it has some of their very best songs and doesn't really sound quite like anything else to this day
This. All Dino albums are good except for Without A Sound, which still has about 4 great tracks.
Speaking of not enough love, I gotta mention Hand It Over. It's a wonderful record with maybe 2 duds, the sound of J feeling completely alone.

THERE NEVER REALLY IS A GOOD TIME
They're kind of lame, just listen to to late period Black Flag, Neil Young and Grateful Dead and get the real thing.
wow never knew kevin and bilinda from my bloody valentine helped on this record. pretty sure that's her backing vocals at the end of that song although according to wikipedia it's kevin
How J stands in between those amps every night and isn't completely deaf i don't know
I think this with a lot of bands. I saw Boris recently, it doesn't matter what kind of earplugs you wear, this is not chance you can hear after 25 years of that.
