Its not a bad sounding amp but you can do better. The build quality inside is shit. Same as the other new ones that come out. I would actually go for the mini-JCM800 they made instead if you have to go for a Marshall but I would look at other amps.

If you're budget is that much (I don't live in Europe) I'd seriously save up for a Bogner if you want a Marshall-like tone but with actual quality.

It took me about a year to be able to pick with out pain. My hand was basically dead for a week. It sucks but the the only way for it to heal is to not use it. I took to computers for a few months to fill the void, I had some working knowledge but I got deeper into mixing and programming virtual instruments in a sequencer. For a little bit I didn't think I'd be able to seriously play again.
In hindsight this shit was pretty funny, annoyed the hell out of me at the time. My jimmies were rustled.

Some of the sounds Bootsy got on Stretchin Out still blow my mind. I don't normally like bass with a lot of effects or distortion but he utilized them well. A lot of guys just throw them in to make themselves stand out without actually adding to the sound overall.

-Ortega R121
Currently leaning towards Yamaha, simply because other non-musical stuff I have had from them is great so I trust them to at least be reasonable quality.
If there's an amazing classic guitar with a nice cutaway that's a little bit more I can stretch my budget.
