Is he good songwriter?

No. He's great. But Jonny is a better instrumentalist.

What's his best songs and best lines?

"best" in what way, specifically?

That represent him as good songwriter

His lyrics are mostly shit. But his melodies are great.

Definitely.

well Pyramid Song has an amazing chord progression which along with the lyrical imager creates powerful, eerie, otherworldly mood. I also find that Let Down manages to sound both happy and sad at the same time, particularly the chorus beginning "One day, I am going to grow wings..."

I'd also say that some of the more stripped down acoustic numbers like Gagging Order, Fog (Again), True Love Waits, Present Tense are intimate and moving, but I don't know what you subjectively consider "good" so maybe none of that means anything to you.

He’s good at leaving his wife who’s dying of cancer

Bullshit.

I piss on Thom Yorke.

wtf happened to moby, jesus.

Dude that's Brian Eno of Pixies you know, the DALE guy

retard, it's Radiohead's bassist Phil Selway

Sir, that is clearly Maynard from Tool.

Morons, that's the REM guy.

That's Mr. International Pitbull

if youre a 12 year old girl with autism and self harm tendencies

You still said nothing about his songwriting. You mention his singing, melody, mood but not lyrics.

So is it yes?

yes but his ideas need to be properly fleshed out by the rest of the band before they are presentable

Are you retarded? The things he said, although not explained too meticulously, are part of the songwriting process, and if you only cared about the lyrics you should have been more specific

He's better than good, if he wasn't kid a wouldn't be nearly as accessible as it is, the same goes for amnesiac

this is true and he has even said as much himself. I mean, his solo stuff is alright, particularly when it is just him and his piano or guitar, but you can see how much stronger the group compositions are. A lot of it is down to Jonny Greenwood I dare say, that man is fucking wizard.

Pyramid Song is a key example of how the two of them complement each other. Thom's piano line sets the mood of the song with that off-kilter chord progression, which forms the foundation of the song. it's a brilliant chord progression, but it would get boring without Jonny's string arrangements gradually building and building over top of it. they're a great songwriting duo no doubt
