6ft, 215 lb. damn im obese?

Attached: R14kkDj.png (657x527, 13.38K)

5'11" and 140lb so 20. I actually think the bmi chart is too simplistic and doesn't take in other factors.

extremely obese :(
im tall so it doesn't feel that way though

I'm around a 60.

186 and 85 kg so somewhere between 6'1" and 6'2" together with 180 and 190lbs, landing me between 23-25 BMI.
That actually makes me increadibly proud. I used to be around 18-20 BMI and after working out consitently, it shows great progress.

6ft, 180 lb, almost considered overweight
don't worry, it doesn't add muscle mass and body fat%. the calculation is easy, wright / height^2 iirc
it doesn't take muscle into account. muscle is more dense than fat, so you can have a ton of muscle mass yet still be considered overweight. i have a lot of muscle in my legs due to swimming and soccer, and when i went to the gym in highschool, i'd only train my legs and do cardio

even tho im depressed and fat i feel good for you at least user

>tall
Extremely obese maxes at 5’11 faggot. Get manlet stomped

thats a relief, nta but like im in that weird strongfat area

19
5'2.5" 108 lbs

I'm a model

im 6'3 i just figured the scale was cut off for brevity

192cm, 95kg, 25 bmi

id like to see that

ALL of it?

show us your belly user

No, the chart maxes out at 300lbs. If it listed higher weights taller people would fall in that category.

I'm a massive 118 lbs. and a TOWERING 5'7"

sorry, 290lbs

The problem with BMI is that it assumes weight = fat when it could in fact be muscle. Someone with 6% body fat could have 40 kg of muscle and be considered obese.

Anyway
177 cm, 96.5 kg, puts me around 30
Losing weight at a pretty solid pace though. I'm hoping to be around 75 kg by August assuming I don't lose too much muscle while cutting (lost about 2.7 kg of muscle and 10.9 kg of fat since I started 7 weeks ago).

Know that change is possbile. I still have dark thoughts haunting me, but I've learnt how to handle them and even turn them into a fuel source for making music.
I'm still a fucking looser who doesn't even have any income, but life's a lot better than it was only a couple years ago. Used to do a lot of selfharm.

Yea Forumsmi lol

That's great progress! Do you work out as well?

19, what naow?

5'1" 125lbs
Perfectly healthy

Thanks, that's the stuff that keeps motivation up. I do. I got tired of telling myself I'd do it one day and just started doing it. Completely changed my diet and started hitting the gym daily. High intensity cardio on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays (burns about 600 calories across 65 minutes), resistance training on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays so I can retain as much muscle as possible.

Only difficult part is lately my hormones are going nuts like I'm back to being a teenager. Mood swings and sullenness hurt motivation, but I gotta power on through. Libido is also going wild but no outlet for that.

That's great to hear, user! :D Super proud of you!

Perfectly healthy 5'10" 150

over weight, son of a bitch i was in the high teens not long ago

5'8" 125 I think i'm healthy

Generally the only people who complain about this scale are giant fatasses. Those who lift understand it does not account for them. Everyone else should fall into the reasonable categories.

Although I would warn those who lift that you likely aren't as lean as you think you are.

>5'3 (160cm)
>107lb (48kg)
So I guess im underweight?

BMI is bullshit in general. Shown many time to not mean a fucken thing. Muscle weighs more than fat. So if your muscular this char will show you as overweight or even obese.

Quote: “BMI is an indirect measure of body composition meaning that it does not actually measure fat but calculates it based on height and weight,” says sports dietitian Marie Spano, RD, a certified strength and conditioning specialist, adding, “a person with high muscle mass can be categorized as obese or a person with high body fat and a low body weight may have a normal BMI yet an unhealthy amount of fat.”

so many articles on this

As mentioned in this thread BMI is not a good indicator.
One of my professors pointed this out while staring at me, she was mirin.
Said hip to waist (or something invovling one of these) ratio was a better indicator of whatever BMI is trying to achieve.

85kg 186cm

borderline overweight

>Muscle weighs more than fat.

One pound of anything weighs as much as one pound of anything, user...

5’9” 128lb, i look like a twink

28. I was 35 end of last year. Now, I don't enjoy food and feel more depressed.

6'1 and 155lbs. I'm skinny fat and hate my weird looking body

around 17 - 20 I think.

i'm about 6ft tall, and tend to fluctuate between 57 and 61kg according to my scales, which i think are likely underweighing by a kilo or two.

I'm also 186 but when I was at 80-85 two years ago I looked skinny as fuck, now I keep it 95-100

i’m sure you look fine. start working out if it makes u feel better

I'm 5'11 at 210 lbs, I'm fit, definition in arms, flat stomach, broad shoulders, perfect vitals, BUT considered overweight by Dr's and this shit chart, too funny, I learned a long time ago to ignore the scale.

>6’11” - 230lbs
Who would actually believe this stupid shit

>160cm
LOL
>48kg
LOL

I have gyno or whatever it's called, it ruins the look even if I was lean

then gain muscle brah

also gyno is usually reduced when lean, always better to have small perky titties than big saggy ones

Thank you for the advice user. I've actually recently started working out

You’re still overWEIGHT you’re just healthy, maybe a little retarded

good luck dude

BMI: 24
FFMI: 21

I'm OK I guess

154cm 41kg

healthy, 5' 117 lbs

most people don't work out enough for the bmi muscle thing to matter, it's a good standard for an average person

Same here. 6ft 220. I not a lankey of course. But in fit enough that I get normally asked my routine

Doctor says I'm o-beast

5'9'' (174cm) 68kg (150lbs)
measured after standing up, drank nothing, shat and pissed probably 0,5kg out.

BMI 22: Superior

Are we gonna do Phrenology next?

178cm / 70kg so healthy between 22-23

Almost the same, but 125. Can't break 130 without commitment to the goal. My dad and his dad also.
