lol I literally listened to it today when going to the shops. and just yesterday I was a record shop and I found Combat Rock first pressing for £5. fucking unbelievable. Combat Rock imo is a much better album than London Calling. and desu I think 1977 is also better.

very good album, as a few whatever tracks (especially in the final fourth), but overall it’s wonderful

when its punk with reggae influences its good, when its reggae with distorted guitar its bad

kinda forgettable. goes on way too long and just becomes a mush of ska and guitar in my brain.

London Calling is played constantly on those "nothing butt rock" stations

How does a band make a 2 hour long album where even the filler tracks are amazing

yes the children's choir version of Career Opportunities truly is a masterpiece that only true patricians would understand

This is up there with some of the worse albums I've ever listened to. For every good song there's 5 awful ones. An essential cover-better-than-the-actual-music-core
