Any of you guys ever listened to this album before?
Any of you guys ever listened to this album before?
yep. Dont really remember any of it
yeah
pretty bad yeah
I'm more of a Combat Rock kinda guy.
nope, never seen it before. what album is it op?
first six songs rule, have never gotten further.
The Card Cheat is a damn good song. Has some meh tracks but it overall pretty good
faggot album fucking pussy faggot album
I haven't listened to it like in 5 years
any punk made prior to 1989 is garbage
lol I literally listened to it today when going to the shops. and just yesterday I was a record shop and I found Combat Rock first pressing for £5. fucking unbelievable. Combat Rock imo is a much better album than London Calling. and desu I think 1977 is also better.
you're garbage.
very good album, as a few whatever tracks (especially in the final fourth), but overall it’s wonderful
when its punk with reggae influences its good, when its reggae with distorted guitar its bad
THEY SAY YOU STAND BY YOUR MAN
Combat Rock is more "fun" but it's more poppy.
ON THE ROUTE OF THE 19 BU-US
don't really care for it, to be honest
this
music peeked in the 80s
kinda forgettable. goes on way too long and just becomes a mush of ska and guitar in my brain.
absolute trash, joe strummer was not a big loss for music
yeah, I spent like $50 on a US 1st pressing. It's really good.
I’ve listened to around half of it and only like the first two tracks
One of my favorites, would recommend
its neutral milk hotel - in the aeroplane over the sea
no one could possibly have this opinion try again
Spanish Bombs bests ong.
epic album. So cool hearing reggae and punk together.
I liked Lost in the Supermarket, thought the rest of the album was forgettable though.
>listening to butt rock ever
>not Hateful
I lost my virginity to this album
I'm Not Down is so underrated
It's maybe the best song on the album
Yes. It’s a 10/10 masterpiece. I have it in my top five albums of all time.
Any punk made after 1978 is garbage, unless it's post-punk.
>calling it that
I WENT TO THE MARKET, TO REALIGN MY SOOUL
WHAT I NEEEEED, I JUST DON'T HAVE
FINALLY SOMEONE WHO AGREES WITH ME
I've heard a lot of praise for I'm Not Down, but it's easily up there.
sandinista is a career high the clash never had met or met again
London Calling is played constantly on those "nothing butt rock" stations
How does a band make a 2 hour long album where even the filler tracks are amazing
yes the children's choir version of Career Opportunities truly is a masterpiece that only true patricians would understand
Are you 12?
This is up there with some of the worse albums I've ever listened to. For every good song there's 5 awful ones. An essential cover-better-than-the-actual-music-core
this guy gets it
81-86 is the best era for punk
yeah good album
