I mean, first you need to build a robot before you start worrying about weight. We don't even have ambulatory robots at a sufficient level of fidelity to have robotic sex dolls, let alone worrying about the weight of the doll.
The actual answer for both problems, though, is we need to invent a new actuator to make it possible. Pistons are mathematically incapable of simulating the human gait -- they have limits to how fast their response is, how strong their output force is, and how long their stroke length can be given a certain size, and those limits are beneath what is needed to simulate the human walk cycle. We're still making progress on ambulatory robots, but it's by changing the walk cycle to fit the technology instead of changing the technology to match teh walk cycle. We most likely will get ambulatory robots -- they'll just be completely alien in nature. Something like, they'll have legs that make up 2/3rds of their height with feet swept back like satyr's hooves and they'll walk like that creepypasta video does -- functional and bipedal, just not humanlike.

on-board batteries or supercaps would be the way to go. power duration isnt going to be huge, but if it can do small motions for a few hours it would easily be enough inbetween charging cycles.
If your expecting it to do something more taxing or for longer durations, it would need to be less of a sexbot and more a service bot, which a different design would work much better on(specifically locomotion)

The biggest thing the doll needs to move for is to go to the bathroom to clean herself out afterwards. But -- that could actually be done on hands and knees, which would be infinitely easier to design -- and also kinda hot, honestly, watching a doll full of your cum crawl to the bathroom and giving her a smack on the ass on her way out.

Boston Dynamics primarily uses servomotors for joint motions, which are much more suitable to the problem, but have significant issues of their own, and it's still the case that they're having to tweak the walk cycle to make it work properly.

Honestly, assuming you've designed the doll with sufficiently strong actuators to be able to reposition its body properly it would all be quite doable. You'll want to install some handrails in spots in your home so it can grip them and lift itself up or down. It uses that to get off the bed, then crawls to the bathroom, uses a handrail to pull itself onto the toilet and reaches over and grabs a douche-nozzle attachment that comes with the doll that it's pre-programmed how to use, and it uses that to clean itself out. Then it takes a drying stick, probably also supplied specifically for the doll, and inserts that and begins crawling back to the bedroom.
All that would be super easy to put together once you've put together a set of actuators on the joints that are powerful enough for the doll to roll over in bed. That part is still going to be a task, but doable with enough money and care.

I'm pretty certain I've seen videos of a doll that can gyrate its hips during sex. I don't think it was ever sold, I think it was just a tech demo, but it could do that.
The issue is that doing this adds a huge amount of cost to the doll, and a lot of complexity as well. You go from zero electronics, to a lot of electronics. You need high quality servomotors that could cost several hundred per joint. Then, unless you just want it to do the motion in a preset pattern you'll need some sort of sensor suite -- so we're talking cameras and image recognition probably. Suddenly this $3000 doll (because it will have to be silicone, TPE would melt the electronics during the pour) is looking like a $5000+ doll, and for what, gyrating hips?
I don't think sex robots are going to be a viable product until we have a full suite. And then they'll be $20,000 - $30,000 a pop, but some people will buy them.

Last I looked industrial servos were $400 each. I was interested in using them to add some haptic control for a VR room setup. I think that 20k estimate is more for my basic thrust-assist movement. An actual walking doll could easily top 100k

Cost ranges from $1000 for either a loli TPE doll or a low quality mass production TPE doll with no features, to $2000 for high end TPE, to $3000 for silicone, to $4500+ for top end art piece dolls like Gynoids.

Yeah it's been a bit since I've worked in robotics. I remember back in uni we had to source waterproof servos and those were $200 a pop, with way less force output than a doll would need, so I was mostly basing it off that.
I do think if it's just minor movement and not full body movement range that is needed then it won't cost that much actually. SEDoll did something a little bit less aggressive than what you're suggesting, and are charging $3k USD apparently.
