that conquredoll site seems to be a bit better made. i know they are available through a few different vendors such as the robot one above and siliconelovers as well.
as far as i know the current models dont have any major issues(last issue reports i had were from 2018 or so). i dont think the heads have any kissing issues if they arnt oral, but the lips would be a bit limited im guessing.

If you're not careful and don't clean it properly (shoving large things in their holes to clean), it can tear them and whatnot, but no, they won't start falling apart. They're pretty resilient.

If you aren't careful you can really damage your doll. A guy i would frequently DM on twitter has a Gynoid and her pucci got a tear. Gynoids aren't really the best for sex. realdoll has had the same issues in the past and they cost twice what gynoid does. construction quality isnt directly correlated to price or material.
