short duration contact should be fine, especially with what ive heard on Piper TPE.
takes two weeks of constant contact and pressure just for this bit of damage. there are also a few manufactures making TPE bodies with silicone heads(though the silicone tends to be very hard for those).

ahh yeah that outfit. acne creme with benzen peroxide? can work and is what a lot of TPE doll owners use.
Ive used combinations of micellular water, hydrogen peroxide and even isopropal on mine before and have made a paste with baking soda. they all did a little bit but silicone does like to hold it. usually took a week or two of treatment.
there is also the suggestion that one guy who keeps pushing oiling silicone dolls mentioned. a little bit of baby oil on the affected area would theoretically work quite well depending on the dye. Would probably only leave it for short duration(24hr or less), but platinum silicone like what you have should be pretty impervious to the oil.
i used to have some pics of light staining i had a while back but those are among my lost pics.

best suggestion i really have is to use one of the peroxides or micellular water, dampen a cloth or towel and let it sit for a few hours a day. Took me 2-3weeks to get rid of a very slight staining from this skirt(but it had built up over the course of a few weeks cause i was a dumbass and left her sitting on it).
micellular water has worked well for me on fast stains that havnt had any chance to build up or set, specifically a few red ones.

Yeah the QC is a bit hit and miss. Mine lasted a lot longer than that before loosening, but after almost 3 years she can just about still stand. I have taken probably 15k pics, so shes done a lot of posing.

I know its not the same material, but I got a very bad stain on my vinyl doll and I used Benzol peroxide and apparently the trick is to cover it with clingfilm to keep it moist and then use a heat source. I used a desk lamp. Its took a few days, but the stain vanished completely. Might be worth a try.

Tbh not that concerned about the firmness and more like how does it feel to pet it? Like running your hand across the skin does it feel like skin or close to it? People come in all kinds of firmness but soft pet-able skin is pretty standard for girls
