How do clean and maintain these Dolls properly?

Post sex -- use a douche / pump. Clean her out with soapy water, then rinse with clear water. Dry with sponge, cut strips of microfiber towels, (use forceps to get them in) and/or drying sticks.
For general cleaning, standing sponge bath once or twice a month (or more as needed). Either lay down towels, or do it in the shower, and just sponge her off with soapy water, then rinse with clean. Let her dry, then powder with corn starch, baby powder, or talcum powder.
For TPE, a couple times a year (depending on manufacturer) you'll want to give her an oil bath -- just rub fresh mineral oil into her skin to refresh the oil supply in the TPE. Takes a long time to dry, but is needed to keep the TPE from becoming dehydrated and fragile.
