New Tool, coming soon

NEW TOOL
They’ve been playing descending for like 3 years now
It will be pretty cool when the new album releases in 2027. Cant wait
fuck you. you made it true now
welp looks like the waiting has only begun
Please no one else sue them, we're so close I can feel it
They played the full version (~12 minutes, with vocals) last night for the first time. Plus another new song ("Invincible", in full with lyrics) that they've never played before.
FUCK. but checked.
Boring dadcore
u was at da club
Invincible sounds pretty good desu, was hoping for some heavier stuff but it sounds ok. Not sure how much I'll like calm older faggot Maynard but still have high hopes for the rest of the album
>Tool
boring as shit
>still writing 12 minute alt metal songs
I hate it already
but who cares lmao, just don't listen to it attention whore
the songs are OK, but not good enough to justify the band being so full of themselves for almost 11 years. Lets hope they open the album with another banger like vicarious but DESU, they've peaked. not like anyone cares, these guys are headliners that ask for a million dollars per concert (excluding services).
>every song on new album confirmed as being over 10 minutes long
>80 mins maximum per cd
>14 years since last album
>at best 8 new songs
>2 of which we've now heard
Who /doublealbumorriot/ here?
Also Invincible seems kind of shit so far to be desu.
The album will almost certainly be shit if they just try to make the songs long for the sake of being long. Descending and Invincible each have about 3 minutes of good material and 7+ minutes of filler.
Well then prepare your anus because every song has already been confirmed as being over 10 minutes.
>80 minute album
>10+ minutes per song
>8 songs MAX
>2 you've already heard
>14 (fourteen) years
>.57142857 song(s) per year
>6 unheard songs
>.42857143 song(s) on new, unheard, material per year
Yep, double album or riot.
Are they not going to just spit it into two cds? Everything is digital nowadays why limit to 80 minutes?
Then that would be a double album user. Problem is that it has not been confirmed as actually being a double album.
I was a both excited and disappointed. The songs where a bit samey to what they have already done.
i mean.. most of tool sounds almost the same, with their self-declared love of the open D3 string and use of D as a tonic. in this facet they're just doing what they've done since their early days.
