did you recently wake up from a coma or something?

No I just didn't feel like listening to it until now

How much did you like it?

I just listened to it for the first time yesterday for me its an 8/10 I really liked everything in its right place, kid a and idioteque.

It's pretty good. Not my favorite Radiohead. My one true love will always be OK Computer.

>Best Song
Idioteque

Yea Forums pretends to hate this album but probably 80% of people here love it

>Best song
Optimistic

This, or national anthem

my favorite Radiohead album next to A Moon Shaped Pool and their best in my opinion

Everything In Its Right Place for best, but every song is great, especially

It's one of my favorite albums of all time. It's one of the very few albums that has stood the test of time when it comes to albums I've liked since my early teens. It also help me get into more experimental music

My favorite overall is How to Disappear Completely or Kid A. Recently I've been particularly fond of In Limbo. I just love the guitar work.

First album that introduced me to this website, i'll always have fond memories of Kid A. Treefingers, Optimistic, In Limbo, and Motion Picture Soundtrack will always be some of my favorite songs from radiohead. Still, not as good as hail to the thief.

agreed, but the best part of the album the one two punch of The National Anthem into How to Disappear Completely

I’ve given it 3 full listens and it’s still a 3/10 for me. The only song that I would see myself returning to is Idioteque.

>Just binge-listened this. What did I think of it?

It is my favorite album ever
brings me to a completely different world every time

It's one of their worst

I specifically requested it on my birthday in whatever the fuck year it came out. I lived in a redneck town and my mother kept her print subscription to Rolling Stone from college though her divorce from my father, past whenever the fuck Sony included MiniDiscs and lottery tickets, and probably terminating within months of my receiving the CD. I think one of my cousins made a remark about how he had heard it was a good album..."for fags". He joined the military.

It took me 5 listens and then, as the critics warned, I FUCKING "GOT IT". Amnesiac is better but doesn't really have a single.

Years later when I was converting all of my family's optical media to computer files I realized that Kid A came with a comic book in the jewel case. It was sort of disappointing in that having loved the music so much the comic book was never discussed at release. Thom is a douchenozzle.

A good example of masterful theming and pacing. It has a lot of variety but still manages to feel cohesive, and the experience of the album as a whole is smooth as butter. I resent the idea that this album was groundbreaking or experimental. Radiohead wasn't doing anything novel, but it's so we'll executed that originality isn't really a concern It's like a 7-8 / 10 depending on my mood. Not a single track I dial me, but obviously I have to reserve 9 and 10 for stuff that is more influential and forward thinking.

>is it okay to like this album i like?

love this album but have only listened to it in full

Literally the worst three songs right there buddy

> How does it hold up all time?
Yes it does. Still my fav along with IR

>Best song?
Idioteque
