I like this. It's got the nu-oldschool vibe. Is that you on the track as well? It's sick. Only thing I would say is bring the vocal up a bit by like maybe 1-2dB.

Not sure about the other stuff but I think your best tracks are the dubby ones. I think your mixing is a bit quiet tbf. Your bass sound is a good start but I'd work more on that patch. It's sounding a bit dry.

Your mixing is on point. Love the sound of your drums and bass. Feel like beat100 is missing something else in terms of composition, like that pluck patch you got going on is really good, I'd try taking that midi and use it on another patch on the parts it's not playing if you know what I mean.

started trying to record some of the raps I've written. I'm a pasty white guy with no clout so it's taken me a while to build my confidence. My production value is trash. I'm looking to improve and mostly looking for criticism from a vocals stand point. Delivering is hard with a middle class english voice. I have a shit microphone and I can't speak too loud or I annoy my family so I couldn't go as hard as I wanted to. I accidentally recorded some extra stuff I didn't want to.

Here's some tips for you since you're a beginner:
-1st buy fl studio, its all you need at 1st
-2nd make a kick/snare rythem
-invite some producers over to hang out and get them to help get a melody / bassline idea
-3rd get some studio time,
4th, get some experienced producers to work with you durring your session(s)
5th let them do whatever they want to the song to make it good.
6th DONE! you have a new song you can upload online and start blowing up.
