Thermoplastic elastomer. Sex dolls are typically made with one of two materials -- TPE, which is softer, cheaper, heavier, less able to hold fine detail, and more fragile, or silicone, which is firmer, more expensive, lighter, more able to hold fine detail, and more durable.
The doll in the OP is silicone; this one (my current doll) is TPE. About half the price, but doesn't last as long, ultimately.

I guess that's one way to put it. In my case, I managed to thrust at just the wrong angle and managed to pierce a hole in between her vaginal and anal cavities, which at first was just an annoyance but unfortunately it managed to trap enough water in the cut and begin to grow mold. I bought a full medical grade silicone doll from Japan for $4k back in 2012. The only damage she has is under her arm where I moved it a lot. Its a big tear now. But the rest of her body is still pretty prestine. I don't do anything to her body either, no powder or even worry about stains. Silicone is a far stronger and superior material for longevity. I have a Bel that's tpe and only lasted 3 years and has so many tears.
Silicone is more smoother. You have less of the feeling of sticky drag than on tpe where tpe if not powdered, will want to grip your skin. Silicone is also harder.
Also what I've found out from experience is that baby powder or corn starch won't stick to silicone for very long as it gets rubbed off easily. I opted for a body stocking. I don't have to worry about stains either because ya know... it's silicone. Not even sharpie marks will stay on.
