I don't know how much tickets would be...Id want to get as close as possible. So probably expensive. And then flight plus hotel would be like $700ish. So it's a pretty big chunk of money.
Nothing epic. Hours got cut though. We're back down to 9 hour days now, hence why I'm online so early.

it was a bummer of a day
deadlines are creeping up on me at work and I feel like I am surprised when things are due and my boss is surprised that I am surprised but then I get it done anyway
then talked to the coworker about stuff and he brought up something but I didnt go ballistic on him and I steered it away from politics and then he brought up his roommates which always sound like they are a whole different kind of weirdo
then we brought up past employers and I realized that I worked for some real bad companies in my youth and it started to bum me out. just all the stupid things that happened
THEN I got a glimpse of a competitor because the architect sent me some garbage to get working on and they copied over the other engineer's stuff and it looked like crap and I wondered why their stuff looks worse than mine and I talked to the coworker about it and he said why was I surprised

and he asked me why I would think that

then I thought the absolute worse place I ever worked for and I realized I would think they were CHADs when I know for a fact (because I worked there) that they were virgins

Texas seems like an okay place to me to be fair, I know some folks who live there and were born there and they seem pretty alright to me!

I can't see them just doing a concert and going back home to KLand because heck... that's a FLIGHT and a half... maybe they'll do something like one concert, stay in the US for a week or two, then do another one somewhere else in the US!
That way it's not SUPER stressful and they can build up hype for the other locations!

Most of those ones in Dresden were the FIREY variety of course but the idea was to go in with normal bombs first to blow up all the rooves of buildings so when they drop firebombs, they go right into grandma's living room and light all of her sewing stuff on fire!
