Honors student in high school, and he was tested at having the reading level of a 12 year old at age 6. Also around the same age he scored the highest in his state for some "musical talent" test which I think just tests your pitch discrimination abilities - this isn't direct evidence of extremely high IQ but most cognitive traits are correlated to each other. Apparently he was called back to retake the test because they thought it might be a fluke and he ended up scoring even higher. They recommended that his parents get him into music lessons but they didn't give a fuck so he didn't even start playing guitar till he was 14.
