Only if all living members current and past have some input, and it's well over 2 hours long and covers at least the 70's, 80's, and 90's all well
Fleetwood Mac makes awful music, but a biopic would be very entertaining.
How about bands that have a biopic movie but it’s still not out yet after years?
>kickstarter created in 2017
bruh it's only been two years and there's a trailer out, also it's not a biopic it's a documentary
>Fleetwood Mac makes awful music
fag
Our clout martyr deserves a biopic more than anyone.
Hahahaha
No, fuck off
Holy shit I thought Pete was a dwarf until I noticed he’s the only one without platforms
FUCK kiss
And FUCK you
Fuck you bitch
They always suck.
It's either shit like The Doors where they just portray someone to be worse of a person than they actually were just to make it more interesting or it's like Straight Outta Compton where they just use it to fellate themself.
The Motley Crue one was pretty good, historical accuracy aside which...oddly enough the movie acknowledges itself which is just odd. Certainly didn't make them out to be great people at all even though it was obviously Hollywood'd up a bit
>where they just portray someone to be worse of a person than they actually were just to make it more interesting
or they were actually just shit people
Imagine the smell...
Imagine the fact that there are grown men who pay ridiculous amounts of money for their old costumes that literally have had mold growing in them for years
Jim Morrison was no saint but he wasn't as autistic as the movie made him out to be. The other band members all said Val Kilmer's portrayal was nothing like the actual one.
>where they just portray someone to be worse of a person than they actually were
You could've at least referenced the Jimi Hendrix film with Andre 3000, Jim Morrison was definitely a shitty person. If anything the Doors movie downplayed it
read a wiki entry then
movies are entertainment
Will the Beach Boys or at least Dennis appear in the new Tarantino movie?
Anyway, the Beach Boys and Pink Floyd
Actually maybe the Who as well
watch love and mercy
i thought love and mercy was meh
should've just focused on pet sounds/smile era and the burn out of the beach boys in the late 60s/70s. would've been cool seeing them make smiley smile in their pool and using cheap radio equipment while brian is losing it. instead, it gives us a shitty john cusack romcom (and completely glamorizes that cunt of a wife who's forcing brian to tour ;_;)
I think we'll have to wait for everyone to be dead before we get a Pink Floyd biopic. Roger and David have very different accounts of who did what and no way they ever approve a middle ground while they're alive.
>forcing brian to tour
whatever
I kinda feel like they've mellowed out a lot in their old age. Obviously shit was intense between them in the 80s but they played together at live 8 and Gilmour has appeared at least once at Roger's solo shows. I wonder if they mightn't have made peace to some degree or another.
he got one pretty good documentary but we need a legit biopic about his life
Attention whore the film
>the penis outline on Ace
jesse plemons as young FB or michael chiklis as older balder FB. lauren graham or catherine keener as kim, ben affleck as dave, nacho from better call saul as joey
Wasn't Terrence Malick involved with a Lil Peep film?
Make it happen
The Cramps for sure, lux & ivy meeting, their not being accepted by"liberal" hippies the slow unearthing of seedy rock n roll 45s/78s before the reissue era, inventing "psychobilly" youtube.com
Sad alcoholic kino inbound
>should've just focused on pet sounds/smile era and the burn out of the beach boys in the late 60s/70s
I was expecting this. At least the process of Love You. Such a big dissapointment
I would honestly love any of these
For me, honestly I think a Kraftwerk one would be super fucking cool, it could go into the elegant, upper class partying lifestyle they were leading in the late 70s.
Otherwise I think Ween or Nine Inch Nails would be fantastic as well, since both just have really interesting stories to me. I feel like there's gotta be a great death metal one... Death is kinda obvious but I think I might prefer to see Morbid Angel, it could kind of explore the whole Florida dm scene.
Oh fuck, Public Image LTD would be fantastic too
redpill me on kraftwerks parties
i always thought of them as dorky german guys who happened to be good at pop, even in their krautrock days they seemed like a bunch of nerds
god please no
This
Just read some biographies, faggots
Having Mark E. Smith portrayed on the big screen would be fucking amazing. Who would play Karl Burns?
Butthole Surfers
except i couldn't watch the end where lux dies and leaves her...
I would watch
>romcom
wtf, where was the comedy part outside a couple jokes. Romantic drama, user. And I liked to from a narrative perspective.
Needs to be done.
Biopics of musicians are always cringe
An arthouse movie about Syd/early Floyd would be pure kino.
