its mostly in the sound selection imo so either you need to spend a long time looking for decent kits on the internet or you try to record your own sounds or you get yourself a drum kit. effects can only take you so far if you dont start out with something natural sounding.
for example, i would recommend replacing the snare in the song you posted. it doesnt have any sharpness to it and feels artificial (and since you posted this to bleep, im gonna assume that this isnt the sound you are going for)

I've come to the realization the U-Ziq's discography thrives on being comfortable, but around the corner there might be something unsettling. Some tracks have this creepy artificial happiness being broken apart by that creepy monster around the corner, always there. Those nice pretty synths will suddenly start clipping, revealing the cracks of happiness. Here's an example.
