kid a
preferably in the alaskan wilderness also
most (all?) black metal
most albums
Disagree. I feel like there are many albums that are much better during the day, like Doolittle
Preferably while prowling the underbelly of Caracas for cute boys and drugs. But mostly drugs
even better while OD'ing on opiods
These two albums should only be allowed to listen to on the afternoon.
This album in the dark is creepy as.
This
I often listen to it in my bed, before sleeping
hella
when did scaruffi give his rating for spiderland, was it before or after the p4k re-review?
This was the first album I had to think of
The p4k review (10) was April 2014. I cannot for the life of me find a release of review dating for Scaruffi's reviews. They're just there, and the only dates are the album release dates.
Also good for mid morning and late afternoon.
Perfect for 3am.
internet archive for the review has it dating back to 1999
based scruffy, putting shitfork in the trash for the opportunists they are.
optimally between 11 PM and 3 AM
I enjoy Spiderland on rainy mornings
Nah this is an early morning album, no doubt
I agree this is an extremely nocturnal album but the first time it really clicked with me was after listening to it on a walk on a cool, sunny day. Pretty funny if you think about it.
how the hell do you listen to soundtracks while sleeping? the one time i listened to it at night i thought i was going to have a heart attack and die right there
Absolutely. This falls more specifically into nighttime in the city albums, I'm always accepting more of those
>be me
>stay in hotel in new york city
>go to the roof
>it’s eerily quiet with absolutely nobody around and maybe one or two cars but all the lights are still on
>put on pic related
what i would give to relive that experience
this was always a morning album for me, specifically sunrise
ooh how did I not know about this guy
why is this album not more highly regarded?
I listened to this while flying in an airplane at night. Looking out the plane window into blackness is novel for me since I usually fly during the day; it paired well with the album.
Kys
He’s criminally underdiscussed.
never really thought about it. but yeah, definitely
