Bauhaus were the most consistently good. Even their 2008 comeback album, while not amazing, was pretty decent. I saw them live recently and they were still good. Everybody else, especially Siouxsie and Christian Death, sounds like shit today.

I used to feel exactly like you. Their discography is a confusing mess to navigate. They have some really good songs, but they all have a million different versions, dance mixes, extended mixes, re-recordings, etc.
Andrew Eldritch was a total autist who couldn't leave songs alone and couldn't get along with his band members. They were a revolving door of a band, and he kept going back and changing/re-recording things. Their best songs are scattered across EPs.
