Nope. It works like this:
The first 10/15 dubs in the thread are the track names. 69 is the album cover, 96 42 are artist name and album name (not sure about the last two)
Once we have all the track names, people post messages in the form of "claiming track 2" or "claiming ", which means they are working on the track. This way we don't have multiple people doing the same track at the same time
When a guy post a track he has to "deliver" it. Post a link to the track, so that the OP can download it and put in the album. I usually use instaud.io, but anything that works is fine.
If someone claimed a track but doesn't post any update in a lot of time (20 hours. These albums are made quickly) then the track is released and it is again available for claiming.
When the album is complete it is uploaded to bandcamp by the OP
This all is done in one (sometimes 2) threads here. No discord no external shit
