Notice the name 'Usually just a Tshirt'. John was using his gf's clothes as they couldn't bring their gfs to tours, so he called her while on tour and asked what she would wear with a specific clothing item. Her answer: Usually just a Tshirt.
There is one song in niandra, if i'm not mistaken, that was recorded later.
