Kendrick and Q have been best friends since childhood, Kendrick is not going to sink his friend's album. and Black Panther was a Kendrick Lamar album so it's been barely a year, not 2.

Fair point, but I think for TDE prioritizing potential money made over the artist isn't really apart of their brand. They put their artists and music first. Otherwise Kendrick albums would just be variations of humble and love and other LCD type shit. Q hasn't released a project in 3 years so he really is due, he is one of the OG members and he did have some big hits off Oxymoron.
Also like mentioned he is so big anytime he drops it will absolutely turn heads and most likely generate decent revenue regardless. I say at most he is delayed a year if not probably mid july to august
