they put on a good show. usually in theater type venues as opposed to your standard rock clubs. they're sort of like Gwar in a way where the show trumps the soundtrack

If they didn't look intimidating because of their masks and showed their real faces. The narrow-minded rock and metal fans would hate on them for being too 'soft' sounding and not 'heavy' enough. They also wouldn't look rugged and manly enough for them to support.

You see, narrow-minded rock and metal fans like their musicians to look like 'real men' that have more body fat and facial hair. They cannot support young or old but boyish, slim, good looking males. The funny thing about it is the narrow-minded rock and metal fans are completely blind to their ways.

maybe I am narrow-minded, but I have to admit I'd just burst out laughing if I ever saw this 15 y.o. looking guy singing their grimdark-themed songs. the make-up really was necessary.
