Practice proper breathing methods ect and just keep practicing pushing the voice out

A handy trick I learned was just silently breathe out hot air from your mouth
Now do that while singing

you can learn to sing in tune even if you cant now, its just a matter of training your muscles to make the right pitch

That's not true. I've trained people who couldn't sing in tune when we started. It takes a lot of practice, but it can be done.

This is easy for a vocal coach to fix. It's just a matter of learning to engage your diaphragm and learning good projection.
