That song you always skip on the album

That song you always skip on the album.

>My name is Jonas
>Pixies - Silver
>Radiohead - Airbag
>Bob Dylan - Maggie’s farm

>skipping the some of the best tracks
>skipping tracks in general
>being this pleb
kys

Fun fact: I had a CD called “The Essential Bob Dylan” and it had Maggie’s Farm on it and not A Hard Rain's A-Gonna Fall. (It also had Rainy Day Women # 12 & 35 and Jokerman on it instead of A Hard Rain's A-Gonna Fall, but that’s another story.)

Fuck off contrarian

Skip the whole album on all of thiese
Feygit

go back

>MY Name is Jonas
>Airbag
>any other opening track
ARE you retarded?

literally this, OP is fucking retarded and doesn't appreciate music

>My name is Jonas
kys

There is nothing wrong with skipping tracks. Albums are not books. That being said, most of the albums OP posted from are awful anyways and shouldn't be listened to at all in the first place.

>Skipping Airbag and not Fitter Happier
Well alright

The compilation's goal was to cover his entire career up to the time of its release. And it already contained two other songs from Blowin' In The Wind. If it made you seek out his albums then it did its job (its other job being providing a small sampler of essential tracks for people who don't devour artists' discographies).
t. bought The Essential first, then 20 other Dylan albums

>no but they should be treated the same
No, they should not. Autistically forcing your rockist tendencies on others is not a good trait.
>awful taste fuck, just fuck off
Is babby mad that someone doesn't like his favorite pop albums ?

I'd delete that post too, if I were you.

>albums are not books
no but they should be treated the same, what's the point of an album is to treat it as a whole concept not a greatest hits collection
>most of the albums OP posted from are awful
awful taste, just fuck off contrarian

"Contrarian," AKA, "Anyone who disagrees with me, ever"

what albums would consider not awful then?

Fuck you, you're a fucking idiot who shouldn't be allowed to listen to music. If you even so think about skipping a track you are a fucking normalfag who doesn't know jackshit about art

delete your life pedo

>Queen - We are the Champions and We Will Rock You
They're not even Queen songs to me they're just stadium songs.

> what's the point of an album is to treat it as a whole concept
> If you even so think about skipping a track you are a fucking normalfag who doesn't know jackshit about art
You are a teenager who has just started "seriously" listening to music. Not every album is a concept album, and most concept albums aren't worth much more as a whole than they are as the literal sum of their parts. A clear example is Pink Floyd's The Wall, which is clearly a concept album meant to be listened to front-to-back, but is actually complete trash outside of a few alright tracks. You do not gain any special understanding of the "art" from listening to Roger boobing about how much cock he sucks. Stop being a rockist.

Pic is most recent chart available, but in terms of full albums which actually are worth listening to all the way thru, off the top of my head-
SMiLE Sessions (disc 1)
Boces / Yrself is Steam
Faust
John Wesley Harding
There are more, obviously, but fucking Pixies ain't one of them.

I've been listening to music for ever you fucking nigga
and Pixies are much better than all of that chart full of shit

>you fucking nigga
Not helping your case, teenie.
>Pixies are much better than all that chart full of shit.
How would you know when you haven't listened to any of it ?

>how would you know when you haven't listened to any of it
because rock and metal are the only genres worth worrying about

Everything you say convinces me of
>You are a teenager
more and more.

and? I'm smarter than you'll ever be, boomer

> I'm smarter than you'll ever be
>what's the point of an album is to treat it as a whole concept not a greatest hits collection
I think not.

you skip tracks and are a tripfag you have no right to an opinion

Outlaw Blues is way more skippable imo.

see >Not every album is a concept album, and most concept albums aren't worth much more as a whole than they are as the literal sum of their parts.

It's doesn't matter whether it's a concept album or not you shouldn't skip tracks if you claim to be seriously into music

>Skipping My name is Jonas
>One of the many great tracks on blue album (almost all of them if we arw being honest)
>Skipping the opener in general

What a nigger

>my name is jonas
objectively the best track on that album

Poor OP. Getting shit on by Yea Forums. Must be traumatic.

"You should intentionally listen to bad tracks because my autism prevents me personally from skipping them."
Your post summarized.

>he listens to bad albums

stop listening to shit albums then

Plenty of bad albums have decent songs on them. Is Yea Forums really this underage ?

Just listen to good music for once in your life and maybe you won't feel the need to skip tracks

I cannot wait to see what you consider "good music".

Imagine Dragons, Coldplay, Biffy Clyro etc.

Truly inspiring.

I'm glad you agree

>liking airbag is contrarian
uhhhhh
no

It is retard

burn the witch, worst song of the album. At least it's the first one

Jokerman is one of Dylan’s best though

If there’s any song I’d say I listen to the least on BIABH then it’d be She Belongs To Me

go ahead and take a guess
FUCKING POLEDO

Airbag is a great opener. What a shit taste

Only brainlets get into situations where skipping songs is a problem. Hate a song on an album so much that you skip it every time? Just remove the song file from your album folder. It's just that easy.

are you actually fucking stupid

>Surf's Up
>Student Demonstration Time

Don't lump Biffy Clyro in with those bands

worst take of the thread goes to you user
