What is the most extreme extreme metal subgenre?
What is the most extreme extreme metal subgenre?
probably war metal
sludge
Slam
blackened noise or something like that
shit like gnaw their tongues
after a point it's not even metal anymore it's just noise
>doom metal
funeral doom
>black metal
dsbm
>death metal
brutal death or slam death
>grindcore (if you consider that metal)
goregrind and pornogrind
>thrash
lol
at the end of the day when everything is loud, nothing is loud. war metal is fast and shrieky and annoying but it will never scare anybody like Black Sabbath did in the 60s.
if we're talking about rock in general noisecore is the most extreme subgenre
like this
youtube.com
is it even metal
It's war metal, the rest is grind or noise thus cannot be considered metal
Good point honestly
I feel like traditional style DSBM (long and monotonous, sparse, not catchy and shit like Lifelover) is more degenerate
NSBM
not a genre
Yes it is
post-avant jazzcore
OP asked about subgenres, not genres you retard
the only thing that differentiates it from other black metal subgenres are the lyrics
not a subgenre
goregrind / pornogoregrind
poopoogrind
K-pop
jazz
citypop-core
goregrind possibly because it allows a modicum of talent
pornogrind certainly not
death grips
either grindcore youtube.com
or pornogrind youtube.com
Scat Metal
certain people have probably made very experimental metal which is the most extreme, not a genre though
>dsbm
lol, see here's my contribution
youtube.com
vantablack metal
harsh noise wall
harsh noise is actually more extreme than harsh noise wall. harsh noise wall is more akin to ambient/drone, just extremely distorted
>harsh noise is actually more extreme than harsh noise wall. harsh noise wall is more akin to ambient/drone, just extremely distorted
$LAMZ
As far as actual metal goes, I'd say second-wave black metal.
The heaviest shit ever is noise-black metal like Gnaw Their Tongues.
Slam is wigger death metal it's mostly garbage.
wigger slam
yet we live in one
ah-bloo-bloo
Daughters
probably slipknotcore
this. most war metal has a lot of filthy guitars/bass, sibilance on cymbals and vocals, and literal grunting noises. not always listenable but pretty based.
>black sabbath
>60s
Good answer
For thrash I suppose you could go with blackened thrash or death thrash (think Demolition Hammer or Morbid Saint), but it kinda misses the point since it overlaps with the other more extreme subgenres.
Probably shit like CONAN or Sunn O)))
Tourists ITT
probably something by suffocation but you wouldn't like it OP
brutal death metal, goregrind (kind of metal), war metal
t. El tourista del incel abominacionad
