Graves era stuff is pretty good, it’s the kind of stuff you’d hear in a Flipnote or something. Danzig era is unrivaled, everything that man does except for a few Danzig albums is gold.

I don't know, do you like their Danzig albums? The Michael Graves era is a bit of a mixed bag, but I'll swear by Walk Among Us and Legacy of Brutality.
I love the Misfits are great because they were always very tongue in cheek and never took themselves too seriously. Most punk bands in the 80's like Black Flag or Minor Threat had sticks up their asses imo.
