Of course the OG 60s and 50s stuff is good, johnny cash and Waylon. You're already kinda up on the "alt/rock fan" stuff. Personally I've lately been super into 80s/90s neo trad: strong clean modern production, classic songwriting, slightly more rock styled arrangements. Randy Travis, Alan Jackson, Travis Tritt, definitely John Anderson. Dwight from this time period is great too but I dunno if he's all that neo trad, kinda more general pop-y
