lmao why would I want to ruin the song's original, intented state?
James Walker
because it has shitty mixing and more bass sounds better to me headass
Liam Rivera
Some people's headphones are naturally more heavy on a specific range. My headphones are super bass heavy so I have it EQ'd down and the kids up a little higher so it's balanced.
Nolan Robinson
So just buy better headphones or appreciate how different listening equipment provides a different experience?
Jason Allen
why are you listening to music mixed like ass, then?
>more bass sounds better
lmao, you probably use dre's beats
Christopher Bailey
im poor so i use cheap ear buds dude dont make fun of me
Oliver Diaz
Headphones will always need EQ, since headphones are non-linear in how they interact with your personal hearing anatomy, meaning two people can perceive the same headphone quite differently.
Dominic Jenkins
Or I could just fuck with knobs to get the most out of what I already have, for free.
Liam Williams
Flip this one upside down and it's mine. I HATE bass frequencies. Hurt my ears like nothing else and they're too muddy to add anything to the music.
Jose Campbell
Juan Young

Samuel Ramirez
Flat as always, anything is bullshit.
Robert Lee

You'd be amazed at what a professional EQing will do when you match it to a rooms acoustics. Not as useful for good headphones though.
Carter Price
does anyone else use mdr 7506's? do you eq them at all?
Brody Rivera

Can I buy an "A", Pat?
Colton Nelson
Flat EQ, of course. But I use some entry level studio monitors, so they're fairly accurate and responsive across the spectrum.
