I like seeing what players/themes people use, there preferred method of organizing, and especially seeing Foobar setups. Here's my current one that I think satisfies my autism well enough.
Music Player/Foobar Thread
foobar is ugly as shit lmao, musicbee is so much better
I used to think the same desu, but I've grown more attached to foobar in regards to extra features and being able to pretty much make my ideal music player, kinda. I could def improve on my current setup, but I much prefer this over MusicBee. I forgot what exactly turned me off of it, but when I built my PC I couldn't really stomach MusicBee and went back to Foobar and played around with it more to really get why people have rec'd it often.
I've been using this same layout for a decade or so now
So much white, but I see what you're going for, too much going on for me desu.
Ooh, I like what's going on here, color choices are interesting, but they fit pretty well with that album art in particular, lol.
I should make it darker because I use dark themes whenever they are available
>using for a decade
>I use dark themes whenever available
It took you a decade to consider making that change?
I'm lazy, i'd have to come up with a new colour scheme. It's not like I can just change it like choosing "Tomorrow" on 4channel.
fair enough, I guess....for now...
this
>organizing
lol this it's a digital database with tags and search
I ain't organizing shit
tfw
Based llama ass kicker
well shit
Everytime I see one I want to whip it.
based
I can't set up foobar to disable these fucking playlists because I want to play music straight by albums, so I use MusicBee
I like album art
Here's my Bee
Kinda thought about making a huge library of everything but I don't know how much space it would take (and how long it would take to organize everything)
I've thought about switching to Swinsian for about a decade. I've never gotten around to it, and it would make moving music to my iPhone more complicated. I miss when iTunes wasn't bloated to get a market advantage on Windows computers.
>tfw my laptop of 200g of music died 3 months ago
Any good music players that run natively on Linux?
I use mpd with ncmpcpp. There are tons of clients for mpd though.
