Usually when a girl leaves for no credible reason I take on the attitude of, “don’t let the door hit your ass on the way out”. I don’t grovel, or beg, or even worry. What’s meant to be will be.
However this one girl, who’s genuinely s good girl, I lied to her. And she sent me a long ass paragraph saying how hurt she was and she wants a break. Obviously this is a different scenario. I do like her a lot and I want to make it work.
So I gave her space anyway. A few days after I get this huge feeling of guilt mixed with missing her. We have a habit of singing songs to each other over this karaoke app. So hoping she’d hear me I sang a song for her , “Jealous Guy” by John Lennon. I captioned the song with “I didn’t meant to hurt you...”
The next day she responds with another song , “True Colors” by Cyndi Lauper. She captioned it, “Nobody can change that fast I know, but for me it was enough for me”.
I didn’t respond.
The next day she sings, “Too Good at Goodbyes” by Sam Smth. The caption read “These are the words I wanted to tell you”.
I never heard song but lyrics really got to me. She’s really hurt and is afraid to open up.
So I sang one back, “Walking Away” by Jason Aldean. I captioned it, “As much as I hate to say it but your right, I know you have to go and I understand.”
Yesterday she replies with a “Mad World” by Tears for Fears. She captioned with “I hope you don’t miss me too much, I know we were getting close”. What did she mean by this???
Now it’s been a day and I’ve yet to respond. What should I sing and say next? I want her back and it’s sad this is our only way of communication.
Should I respond? Normally I wouldn’t play these games but I did her wrong so I feel like I should reply.
Any thoughts on this?
What can I sing to win her back.
