It’s actually really well done, you clearly know your shit when it comes to sound design, but I feel like with the amount of obvious talent you have you could be doing something a lot more ambitious than a BoC rip off.

I listened to 58 seconds.

the move from silence into sound (the 'intro"/build) is shapeless and weak - its has a conceptless indistinctness far as I can tell and then it settles into a 'kitchen sink' panoply of layers where the effect is mostly like having a head through different windows, not bad, but not really clear.

by 58 seconds it felt like id been through two scenes and that there wasn't going to be any coherence so I left

this hurts my ears user, this is so unbelievably messy holy shit. What the fuck are you doing in the mixing department. Why do you drown your samples with these god awful beats. What is your objective or your aim. There are some really good parts to it, like the song that ends at the 22:50 mark, and the song that follows is also very nice but fucking hell you have the worst percussion taste i've seen.

I was just listening shortly to this: 8:00 is nice but the song at 2-3:00 sounds like some shit I produced at 16 after a year of fl studio. Add more texture, hats, clarity and flements so it doesn't come monotonic.

if you presume to make something for another to like and they don't like it, then you try to adjust and you'll find they will have changed their taste and might not like that either. you can go in circles trying to please others. please, go listen or read some interviews with artists. if you haven't heard this before, you're not even close to being ready
