I'm a metalfag and my favorite track off of this is 5 minutes that could almost be a part of a fucking Disney soundtrack. Devin is seriously a gift to us.

but i fucking HATE the cheesy broadway ,cabaret sound he has increasingly been incorporating into his music. its like the soundtrack to a musical, not an alubm

Alot of prog metal does sound sterile, however not in this album. this album has a genuine and honest sound, which might take time to getting used to , but really it's Devin's personality shining through
