The way they hope to develop an actual fan base for her here is by making her a waifu, just like they did with Chvrches, Grimes, etc. and just like the tried and mostly failed at with Pale Waves, and Clairo. Pointing out that Eilish is disgusting and probably an actual transexual is the one message they won't allow. They're perfectly ok with threads (which they make) about how her album is bad, and will bump those threads endlessly.
