I mostly have been listening to jazz and classical since 2016, but sometimes I get a bit tired of it, what I should give a listen now?

You should never make another thread here again.
If you want a break from that stuff, maybe try something minimalistic like ambient, something simple like twee pop or hardcore punk, something dark like death metal, or something mindless but danceable like house or DnB. You could also try something "cultural," like Indian or Arabic music. Really just depends on what kind of a "break" you want.
I already had a phase where I used to listen to grunge, postpunk, prog rock, avant garde rock, psychedelic rock, and now I just don't know what I want to listen
Ambient, drone?
You could start with progressive electronic

EDM or livetronic, or fusion. I had the jazz bug, listned to bebop and hard bop exclusively for like 8 years straight, finally came out of the phase and got into livetronic, and 70s era rock. there's some underated 70s rock dude. now i'm getting into trap and hip hop, more underated shit there, check out some of the beats Lil Wayne did that are being copied now for these newartists.
Time to listen to music from the East you dirty Westerner
Instrumental prog. This one features the crumhorn, which is a highly underrated instrument:

I'm going to second your choices for blues and add Mississippi John Hurt and Reverend Gary Davis. I could keep going because it's been my favorite genre for the past few years. On a related note, I wonder if OP would like John Fahey.

I have listened Fahey in the past and I liked it, but I think I haven't given him the attention I should
