outsider type shit aside (Madteo and the like), the Mount Rushmore of that lofi sound is Delroy, Beato, Terekke, and Kupfer.
That early LIES era hashed out the key ideas that were then played out to death.

Oh yeah, for sure.
But I like how people like PLO Man and Ex-Terrestrial managed to add that extra 90's influence while not completely doing away with the lo-fi production.
