Im honestly not even sure of the genre this is. I'm thinking of releasing an ep inspired by the criminal mind. I'm living in a shitty environment surrounded by these people, so its just fitting to make some tunes inspired by the people that I've been surrounded by.
always see you in the threads, your beats are smooth as fuck. mixed super well, nothing sounds out of place
not my particular taste but i find this very well done. if you explore your sound a bit more and maybe dig deeper to some more complex melodies you could make something very interesting
Yo, I've been using Soundcloud for free for quite a few years to publish or listen to music, is a Go+ account worth it compared to spotify or deezer ? I mainly listen to baroque, classical music or world music... Would you recommend spotify Go+ ? BTW I saw the offer for unlimited pro account "SoundCloud Go+ for 4,99 €/months" and this account allows distributing music to spotify and shit do you think I can hope to make €€€ ? I have a few songs with 250+ plays, some with 100+, one with 350+ but in 4 years… if I can make a few bucks I'm happy
>hey what daw do you use and how do you make your visual art? MAX?
Yes! but not only, some of my visual works come from manual drawing or sampled from my photos and then manipulated in the software.
About music, I use a lot of different programs, algorithmic ones like Max and SuperCollider, also daws and editor, an important part of my sound design comes from manual editing/sculpting through the editor, Soundforge or Audacity mostly :)
This is pretty, nice folky playing. I play harp as well, such a fun instrument.
Bat shit crazy man; I'll listen to the whole thing sometime soon!

I haven't posted anything on soundcloud yet... just released a single track on beatport in a compilation album... I won't link that.. but here is the auto generated youtube version of it. youtube.com/watch?v=olhVUmaBy2k
>soundcloud.com/whoisknvs/bodega-nights-prod-yung-cortex reviewing this because I've seen you post your song a million times here :P I like the harpsichord sound in the beginning and you have something really catchy going on here. Interesting mix of hi and low fi sounds, lots going on in the >3k hz range, which I'm sure would sound more clear through headphones but is hard to differentiate through Mac speakers. I really like the overall sound though
here's mine, let me know what y'all think: soundcloud.com/jeffgraymusic/03312019a >folk (ish?) >acoustic I'd love any suggestions on a name for this, I'm having trouble
Sounds good, a bit like Fleetwood Mac's go your own way but acoustic and different words, decent stuff.

this is a great start. the vibe is really there. just need to be longer and i would like to hear more perc elements added as it progresses too
>soundcloud.com/ian-finn-857872426/gfn i ilke that you are trying to have fun with your vox and not scared to trip it out. just need to keep working on this till you find the right sound. the intro vocals (man at my window) bit was pretty whack desu, but keep workin, find that right vocal process chain and yuor shit bout to be dope
funny i actually listened and reposted this before seein in the thread. big fan of what you got going on here, just nice sound design all around, no complaints
its safe. nothing ground breaking here. keep workin and find ur sound. clearly you got the production tip on lock, keep doin you.>soundcloud.com/nateohji/dungeon-plants you ruined the song with that trap sample at the beginning. otherwise this is the best track in the thread today probably.
you should check out lymbyc system the band
cant complain about anything. are you distributing to spotify? the lofi beats get millions of streams on there right now.
well fuk me up senpai that wasnt just some shitty future bass that was proper interesting shit.
you had me at memphis. i like this drone trap metal shit, this is actually what i make, please check out my wip i am linking below. sounds like your drums and overall production are just missing a bit of distortion, desu i really wouldnt mind collabing with you on a beat like this.
soundcloud.com/lilkpin/sick-of-la-prod-squid-juice >noise rap, trap rap, cloud rap, emo rap, punk rap, hood goth >always down to collab with other producers and artists >would appreciate feedback will return feedback and follows on soundcloud
