>"Why yes, I am highly qualified in music, ever since 60s. That's right. My specialisation is hip-hop, though. Yea I browse /r/indieheads to keep up with good music from other genres too, how did you know?"

>Well, personally I'm quite fond of Aphex Twins record. Xtal might be my favourite song of all time. Albums? I rarely listen to entire albums, my friend. Yes, you could say that I'm too busy for that, but I just love exploring new music too, e.g. through Spotify radio.

Dark Side Of The Moon

ur favorite album

but only kendrick and childish gambino
>haha this is america is SO TRUE XD

Can anyone on Yea Forums actually give a reason as to why Spotify is bad?

Every Death Grips album

Right it sucks.

low cost streaming of virtually any album ever recorded. it's the epitome of the death of the music business

The concept that you're paying to rent music not own it, selection is lacking for the most part quality is worse than FLAC/physical media usually since you're streaming it best you'll get is 320kb/s

fuck spotify, fuck bigtech and fuck yourself lil homie suck a fucking dick

Sure, it doesn't have everything, but it has a lot. It has enough to make it worth while anyway. It's a good service overall. Not perfect, but a handy alternative to the iPod.

People would just illegally download shit anyway. I still buy CD's but most people don't. I think it's a handy service and it's one that's given me a lot of benefits.

>best you'll get is 320kb/s

the horror

They pay artist jack shit

there are studies that show people illegally downloading music doesnt actually have that big of an impact on sales. most people who illegally download music also buy music, unlike most people who stream

Artists don't have to be a part of the service
I don't believe this. Most people's reasoning for downloading music illegally is to save money

The music quality tends to be pretty spotty in many instances - certainly not the 320Kps bitrate they advertise.

>I don't believe this. Most people's reasoning for downloading music illegally is to save money
okay well you dont have to believe it but an actually study proves you wrong

Literally the same as Yea Forumscore
