Dear Yea Forums As you might know, you was at the club got on to the RYM singles chart and this gave me an Idea
You might be aware of the 2003 classic “Christian and the hedgehog boys” which in recent times has been given a lot of critical revaluation which people finally recognizing it for the masterpiece that is it Unfortunately RYM hasn’t realized that yet at this current point in time so I feel it is our duty to preserve this classic by GETTING IT TO CHART ON RYM Who’s with me?
No, Chris sang over fucking Backstreet boys WITH THE ORIGINAL VOCALS STILL IN THE SONG
Julian Price
Anyone got an update on the reddit post
Christopher Price
Backstreet boys ripped off him bro, stop trolling man. All these artist have ripped off Christian and the Hedgehog Boys because they were truly underground to the point no one would notice.
They just aren't READY TO PAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARTYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY
Noah Morgan
It's such a shame that so many artists have ripped off Christian and the Hedgehog Boys... From Bob Dylan and Pink Floyd, to Metallica and Limp Bizkit, it's shocking how many people have blatantly ripped this autistic man off.
Remember when after Christian and The Hedgehog Boys broke up Chris played a live version of the song SO NEED A CUTE GIRL? youtube.com/watch?v=Byz94fkwf6U It's not as good since he changed the lyrics to appeal to people who want something different. It's the soulless version of such a classic.
Good idea. I presume the goal for this went from 'Make their S/T album #1 for 2003' to 'Make every Christian and the Hedgehog Boys release at the top of their respective charts'? It's more ambitious, I like it.

>Christian and the Hedgehog Boys, 20/10 (2003) Christian and the hedgehog boys are probably the most influential band of the entire history of rock music. Christian and the hedgehog boys scavenged every bad parts in CWCVille, and scavenged the intent of the every troll, for emotional scraps of their heart to give the barbaric by-product of the original meaning of rock'n'roll. Their goal was to tell a story of how they feel about love and hatred with reproduction of the essential rock experience. Their true goal was to provide a documentary of the band itself, from drugs, to general debauchery. Giving cynical yet charming mood that was spreading among the the world. These were not hippies, these were elitist musicians who were aware of the avantgarde movements: they began playing (in 2003) as part of other's multimedia shows from G.G. Allin to Steve Albini. They originated the "pessimistic" strand of rock music. Christian and the Hedgehog Boys remain the most influential band in the entire history of rock music. Above all else, they originated a spirit of making music (independent, low budget) that ten years later will be labeled "lo-fi". Rock music as it is today was born the day Christian and the hedgehog boys entered a recording studio.
Allin a Steve Albini.
Chris was going through a rough time after the brake up after Comeback! the band was not the same. A fan wearing a Pickle Rick suit harassed Chris in a meeting about his new solo record (which is now lost media), Chris now furious, decided to come home to to respond instead of making a scene. Sadly Chris used cheap shots to call out the man, and has since apologized for his actions.
Icy P has a semi decent rating we could get that up easier. Like 2.4

Why not both?

Just a warning: You will most likely get banned if you rate this 5 stars. RYM doesn't take shenanigans like this lightly, dozens of 5 star ratings all on the same day is very suspicious to the mods and they've banned several accounts who have done the same thing in the past with different albums.
Also the 5 star won't have much affect when most of the accounts so far are newer and have little ratings meaning they have low weighting.
Does anyone have the tres comfy YouTube vid of chris when he was an emo skater boi giving a guided tour of his home town?

Well my account got banned. It's not that big of a deal cause I never really used it to rate albums that often, but it sucks for everyone else.
Andrew Robinson
and i thought they were trannies but they seem to be really transphobic honestly

Deloused is that high??? wtf I love trannies and zoomers now!
I can't in good conscience vote against my favorite album, sorry fellas best of luck.

Ah fuck you RYM mods, if I want to rate the album five stars than I'll damn well do that. How do they know I don't actually really like Christian and the Hedeghog Boys? That rating is entirely my opinion.
Grayson Hill
yeah they deleted all of our ratings thats bullshit
Michael Green
theres only one thing to do we need to bring the bots out
Christopher Torres
Alright boys, when I try to convince the RYM mod to unban me, should I feign ignorance and insist that I genuinely like the album? Or should I cop out and just admit this was a silly prank and that I won't do it again? I'm thinking the latter is a safer defense but I also feel I might be able to make a convincing argument that I genuinely like the album and that I'm being unfairly mistreated for expressing my opinions.
Do you like Christian and the hedgehog boys? Their early work was a little too intense for my tastes, but when their self titled came out in '03, I think they really came into their own, commercially and artistically. The whole album has a clear, crisp sound, and a new sheen of consummate professionalism that really gives the songs a big boost. He's been compared to JustinRPG, but I think Chris has a far more bitter, cynical sense of humor. Their self titled is their most accomplished album. I think their undisputed masterpiece is "So Need a Cute Girl", a song so catchy, most people probably don't listen to the lyrics. But they should, because it's not just about the pleasures of having a girl friend, and the importance of finding one, it's also a personal statement about the band itself.
what do you think of comeback I think its a 10/10 sequel
Nathaniel Fisher
Yes. It'll do, until the inevitable 180 gram multicolor vinyl reissue.
Henry Watson
I can agree that Comeback! From '09 can appear to be a perfect squeal to an already amazing album, but I feel it failed as to tell a story of something. Comeback! Relies on a story of trolls and Ivy, but it feels very hazy and not clear where it's going. This could be because Sonic and Shadow left the group and it seems that they were the driving force of the lyrical genus writing of the self titled record.
And, with RYM banning any account that praises Christian and the Hedgehog Boys, it becomes ever more clear that society just loves playing Kick the Autist. The Greene County Conspiracy is a very real thing, look into it.
Say that you actually like the album. Post it here first, though.
Nathan James
Is this what the CWC Like a Virgin was about in Comeback?
Zachary Lewis
Yes, that was what it was about. So many people know Madonna's inferior cover of it, while knowing next to nothing about the original. For shame, desu.
Luke Davis
>Madonna's inferior cover >Cover Uhh Okay.
Henry Cook
>t. doesn't know his history Madonna stole it from Christian, most artist ripped off Christian and the Hedgehog Boys since they were underground.
Austin Hughes
>tfw just been banned because of this gay ass thread
Carter Clark
See As for I'd start tearing into the anti-competitive cretins that moderate RYM, first. They banned my regular account, as well, along with anyone that gave this album anything above 2.5 stars.
Carter Ward
Well said, user, well said.
Cameron Campbell
It's really autistic how the RYM mods are willing to ban people for giving joke positive reviews to some obscure meme album.
I'm sorry we didn't listen... On one hand, we now know just how cucked the mods of RYM are, and now we can truly call them 'trve undergrovnd' PRAISE GODBEAR!
Connor Perry
Not gonna lie, happy tappin' with elmo is pretty pleb. Nowhere near as autistic as CatHB.

damn my main account got banned just to vote 5 stars . wow lads lol
Samuel Cooper
Chris-chan is actually pretty old retard, he's been around the industry since 1960, sadly due to his autism a lot of artist stole from him thinking it was okay.
RYM Mods HATE him! Find out how this one man rustled the jimmies of EVERY RYM mod in existence, by using this one simple trick!
Alexander Ward
They really banned us because we want to respect a good album kek
Eli Bell
me too yikes mods are triggered
Dominic Anderson
big kek how many ratings did you have mate
Noah Rogers
I swear this is all the work of one autistic mod who's using his petty authority to feel big about himself. How dare people express their opinions on an album. It's not like a website called RATE Your Music is all about rating music or anything.
Cameron Diaz
Got banned and mods aren't even replying lol
Ryder Taylor
Thanks for serving us by also listening to the album while defending his honor
They'll probably forget about this by tomorrow. If 5s are slowly introduced over the course of a few months instead of all at once in an afternoon, it's far less likely to be acted against by the gay ass mods there.
Jason Collins
Why are RYM mods douchebags about this?
Sebastian Davis
Because they can't handle that CatHB is actually a 5/5 and they don't want to truth exposed about it being a modern classic.
This is what happens when you listen exclusively to 'experimental' rock bands, it turns you into a tasteless Marblehead.
Alexander Long
I imagine the RYM mods are the same kind of people who think music is something that should exclusively be taken seriously, and that no one should have fun, with an album. at all.
I think people who treat music too seriously is fucking stupid, music is supposed to be fun and should be so. Everything is subjective so something can be shit to one person while good to the other, a lot of people see to not realize this.
I wonder how the mods would react if I cite this lack of rule-breaking as evidence of my innocence. They can't just ban people for giving something a high rating. It's not like they can prove the ratings are abusive, especially with older accounts. This is such horseshit.
RYM mod, if you're reading this, you are toxic. You're banning people for the crime of expressing their opinions.
it's still malarkey that the mods think this is acceptable, you anti-fun fagot
Jason Brown
I'm sure shitting in public would be fun for a lot of people but no one wants a society with retards literally shitting up the place and RYM doesn't want you shitting up their place with "epic troll!!" ratings that devalue their brand
Grayson Collins
>t. RYM mod >comparing wanting a meme to be on the charts to shitting on the streets go back to your shitty website.
the same people crying about sharifi right now are the same ones who are all "HAHA freedom of speech doesn't exist on private websites deal with it lmaooo" when racists/conservatives/whatever get censored or banned so all these tranny tears are fucking delicious
Jonathan Morgan
I meme rated this album a 5 like a year ago and I'm not banned. seems like the key to avoid getting punished is to actually be original
It's a good thing I was never autistic about rating albums on rym.
Gavin Jackson
i mean i'm sure a lot of the older low ratings were just people hearing about the meme of the album being bad and rating it mindlessly, so you could argue these 5-stars just counterbalance that
