One of the most overlooked albums from last year imo. Better noise rock than Daughters offered last year, or those couple noise rock albums people would post and talk about how much better than the Daughters album was.

There was no YT video for it, so I made my own (my first video editing ever so don't mock me) and ULed it. Didn't know how to have just a single image for the whole vid, so I took a video that just loops and used that as the visual part. Song is 9 mins but the vid goes on a bit with no audio afterwords so you can close it at that point. Anyway, this is the first track off it:

Extremely personal and autobiographical album for the artist, pretty sure it focuses mostly on his growing up in a very religious household and becoming disillusioned and, iirc, running away.
Exhausting (not in a bad way) first because only one track is under 10 mins and the other 5 go as high as 19, and second, it also is emotionally even though saying that makes me gay.
Frustratingly overlooked in 2017 and still though. idk if people missed it or didn't like it but if they missed it I feel like music pubs all over would've (or should've because who trusts critics anymore) been handing out 9-9.5/10s. Hope other people out there appreciate it.

it's just a preference. one that people in sharethreads are obviously more likely to have. for me, i prefer downloading simply because situations exist where there is no internet access and shitty cell service. with spotify, there have been plenty of times where i wanted to listen to some album or other that i hadn't thought about in a while, but had shit service and didn't save it for 'offline mode' beforehand, and that's extremely frustrating.
