It’s been about 8 months off hydros, dilauded and Xanax. Took them for three years while I was in and out the hospital for serious surgeries. For a while they were giving me IV morphine every 4 hours. Then my father passed away and shit got crazy. The detox was horrible for just that stuff so I can’t imagine heroin. Hope you’re doing good. don't take too much and don't sit inside. Serious hippies will tell you to eat 5g+ and sit in darkness but that's ONLY for people of sound mind, which if you're prone to panic attacks I advise against. Chances are you'll end up pretty deep in your own head, which can get wierd but its not usually a bad thing. Best part of mushrooms imo is when they start to wear off, always gave me a sense of peace that I haven't found with any other substance

going for a walk in city on mushrooms is difficult. One time I went for a walk on acid, and felt weird, when crossing roads I tried to make eye contact with drivers, and when I thought they looked at me I randomly went through, which was dangerous... It's difficult to judge the distance as well. Also the general feeling that everyone looks at me was uncomfortable. If anything, do it away from roads and preferably people. And set and setting is everything, I had the trip of my life with some friends next to some waterfall, but later we decided to go for a friend's bf on a muddy road next to railway and it was the heaviest bad trip I've had as well... I thought life was supposed to be like that now, 2 hours earlier we experienced nirvana, and now the world has reseted itself and the cycle started again, and I couldn't relate to my "normal" self and I thought that I feel worse and worse and that I once had a family that doesn't exist anymore and I didn't want to be with them anymore, but with my family... I couldn't remember that it was a drug and completely believed all of it

This is pretty unrelated but is sleep apnea life threatening? It’s definitely annoying to get only like 6 hours of “sleep” every night and wake up several times throughout the night covered in sweat, but I’ve always been paranoid that sleep apnea machines are just a scheme by doctors to take my money, which has resulted in me just dealing with it. Now keep in mind this is a self diagnosis based off of sleep apnea symptoms, should I just give in and see a doctor or something? And the reason I bring this up is because I’m a chronic weed addict who usually smokes all day and right before I go to bed, which helps with the night sweating, and I haven’t smoked for the past week in an effort to quit, which has resulted in my symptoms coming back full force. What should I do?
