Nah, there are some people from the punk and alternative eras who've aged gracefully. Richard Hell, Patti Smith, Eddie Vedder, Ian MacKaye, Penny Rimbaud, "The Baron" Rob Miller, pretty much everybody in Napalm Death, Kim Thayil, Krist Novoselic, Tom Morello, Bob Mould... all doing pretty well.
