This is the second single from Every Day Is Another Step Around the Fire, pre-order and get two essential bonus tracks upon the album’s arrival
this is such a poor attempt at noise, the texture is absolutely awful, which is the only thing you can really rely on when everything is this blown out

>I love the lyrics, dope Album
Thank you! I was basically going for a "feel good" vibe for the lyrics on the album but without being superficial. And just singing lyrics that feel fun or good to sing. Not particularly trying to be very artistic or poetic, I tried to write words that would make the listener feel good when they listened to it. Again I attempted to do this in a non-superficial or surface level way. The lyrics have a bittersweet bent to them at times too which was a happy accident.
Glad you liked it.

Simple down to earth synth-wave. the change-up around 1:30 was unexpected and I had to tab out of my other task to kind of pay attention. When everything finally comes together past the four minute mark it reminds me of a more militant march like Carpenter Brut. Less hornet swarm like than a lot of synth artist and a lot of the power in this track comes from how restrained it is. A Good listen. Heavy recommend.
Unique vocal work with very mantra like harmonies beneath them. Quality and a fresh breath of air. Made a Krater really sticks with me, the horns and synths blending with your voice. Very emotional and romantic.
Right off the bat the way the beat comes in and immediately begins with no crescendo and blasting 16th note hi-pitched percussive tones and hi-hats at the end of the intro vocal sample sets a tone of unprecedented change. We go from icy vibrato style synths and drift into more carnival like and swung beats and just like that in an instant the we maintain tempo into a more minor and violent and gristly sound. Time and time again these chameleon like changes come and are usually strung from beat to beat, often times not even at a measure change. Around 3:30 we are offered our first respite from the high impact percussion with screeching bus brakes outside a club playing a sort dance beat playing inside. I love the idea of merging all these radically different musical ideas and maintaining melody and flavor that the listener can still identify as part of a larger whole picture, even if -what- is actually the dominant theme from this whole series is. From the beginning to of the collection all the way up to five minutes there is no solid cut. This was a little disappointing. The long form roller coaster structure was giving me whiplash and I was really liking it, but the sudden full volume cut was a little jarring. Though even beyond that point the overall sense of identity remained through out the whole collection.
Character limit got meBut regardless, that's your strength IMO. Having a colorful "line" that runs through each of your tracks that makes them all thematically cohesive. I have written just a few discs worth of music and when I think about how difficult that cohesion was and much harder it would be to sustain 16 minutes of a listeners attention in such an impractical way as you have, It's impressive.

Very atmospheric, love it!
Great tracks, could use some more bass
Great synth wave track, really nice! The good kind of synth wave, that isn't just metal in disguise. Really enjoyed this one.
>post-rock (not the crescendo core kind)
My band just released our debut album, trying to make post-rock interesting again by mixing all kinds of genres and influences such as Tortoise and Swans.
It's available for free as a download on Bandcamp:
afoolserrand.bandcamp.com
And you can find it on Spotify ofcourse, curious what you guys think.
Really digging this!
I would recommend this for someone who wants something creepy and dark. Great work
The sounds are clear and crisp, but as soon as the guitar comes in everything sounds far away. I think the low spectrum is missing, maybe it's a matter of taste, but I would mix it differently. Cool composition though! Love the bass part at the end (from ~2:20)
Nice work man, good vibes, especially perfect sense
Great tracks, it's nice that the whole album starts out slow and rather small, speeds up in the middel, and the last song is really big and turns back into somehting slow again. I hear the influence of Swans in that last song. There are some odd songs in the middle like another day at the office, but they bring a nice diversity into the whole.

Pretty good dude,
However I did think most of your songs lack in choruses.
You (and me) could really use clearer vocals.
Good psychadelic pop sound.
is me
Yeah i think i get too hung up on having a "different" sound so i avoid hooks. Need to get over that, its very teenagerish of me lmao
Also i commented on your SC. For anyone wondering he's GOOD.
No, then you should do your own different style.
I pointed it out only cause you might've been oblivious to it, pursue whatever you feel like mr.mothman!
