i believe it was used for a lester bangs interview on the next page of the magazine he was writing for.
lester bangs was going back and forth with lou during his glam rock years when he was peaking with the mainstream, lester was an edgy cunt and so was lou so they went back and forth. lou was also probably his most fucked up physically and mentally so there was a lot to write about
