Because its a rock album that both old rock fans and new rock fans can enjoy. Also Kid A and VU&N are too weird for some, and DSOTM probably would be considered GOAT outside the internet. But since the people who use the internet the most grew up with Radiohead rather than Pink Floyd, OK Computer is higher.
